1911 Heaven Sales & Shipping Policy

1911 Heaven will only ship firearms to entities with valid Federal Firearms Licenses.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the firearm you wish to purchase is legal to purchase or possess in your state.
It is the customer's responsibility to have their dealer furnish 1911 Heaven LLC a copy of their Federal Firearms License and their phone number.
Have the dealer identify who the license is for. We will not accept a copy of the dealer's license from a customer under any circumstances.
If your dealer requires us to fill out any form, send an e-mail, or have a phone call, in order to transfer your firearm,
FIND ANOTHER DEALER. California DOJ forms are exempt from this provision.
1911 Heaven will not ship firearms to P.O. Boxes or private postal centers such as UPS stores.
For security reasons, we do not provide tracking numbers on firearms in transit.
All firearm sales are final. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Idaho residents are subject to 6% sales tax.
